RNG Releases Their SEA Players After Horrible TI11

Although they went to The International 11 as one of the favorites, RNG went out of the competition early forcing their SEA players’ release.

Before The International 11, RNG went as one of the favorites along with PSG.LGD as their performance was optimal. They went toe-to-toe with international teams such as OG and Team Liquid during third-party tournaments and the Majors.

However, they went out of The International 11 due to severe covid problems, and RNG went on to kick two of their SEA players.

The fact was first revealed after xNova posted a tweet to look for a team after The International 11’s conclusion. He even stated his willingness to relocate, indicating his desire to play in other regions as well.

With xNova’s various achievements with both RNG and PSG.LGD, there were no doubts that he would receive attractive offers from other teams.

However, the famous SEA prodigy, Ghost, also posted his own version of “LFT” on his personal Twitter. This came as a surprise as Ghost was one of the SEA prodigies that was routinely praised for his potential.

With Ghost’s omission from the team, it would seem to appear that RNG was letting go of their SEA players.

Potential replacements from the China region itself were still lacking due to a lack of movement. The latest news coming out of the region was JT- being out of Invictus Gaming, thereby looking for a new team.

Aside from JT-, there was still minimal news coming out of the Chinese region. The strongest rumor swirling around currently was the surge of players taking a break, including PSG.LGD players such as Ame.
