Hiker Games Begs for $1 Million for South Vietnam Liberation Game

Studio Hiker Games, the developer of the 7554 game, announced a new project called “300475”. This is a historical game set in the liberation day of the South, the reunification of Vietnam. This project is currently calling for investment capital.

300475 will set the stage for the war of resistance against America. The game will be invested more carefully and more methodically. According to the studio’s experience, the 300475 project will take 30 months to produce. Accompanied by a team of about 40 people. Hiker Games also estimates the minimum investment amount will be closely USD1 million (20 billion VND). The crowdfunding period will take place within a year from April 2021 to the end of April 2022.

According to the director of Hiker Games, 20 billion VND is a rather challenging target. However, it is not too mythical because Vietnam has millions of gamers. This amount is not even equal to the revenue within a month of many online games doing business in Vietnam.

“The bottom line is that Hiker Games needs to convince the community that we are serious about this plan. Also, we have to prove that we can perform well on the 300475 game to deserve their support. We will endeavor to prove these things. ”, A representative of Hiker Games shared.

To demonstrate their seriousness, on the crowdfunding website x30.hikergames.com, the development team has shared a lot of details about what they plan to do in a year of fundraising. Besides, Hiker Games also shared the lessons they learned after the failure of 7554.

If the Hiker Games project is successful, this will be a feat for the Vietnamese gaming community. Before that, no game studio has ever successfully implemented a $ 1 million USD crowdfunding project in Southeast Asia, even in China.
