BTK star Michael “MobaZane” Cosgun has issued a public apology following a series of online outbursts that occurred after their disqualification from the MSC 2023 tournament.
In these outbursts, Cosgun accused tournament organizer David “Assassin Dave” Mao of favoring Outplay and directed expletives toward the Outplay staff.
In a statement posted on his YouTube community page, Cosgun expressed remorse and extended apologies to everyone he had hurt during the past few days.
He acknowledged being heartbroken and in a vulnerable mental state after the final rulings were made regarding the MSC.
He shared, “Being unable to represent North America in an international tournament had me sobbing out of pure desperation and feeling a way I haven’t felt in many years.”
The apology comes in the wake of Assassin Dave’s video, where he revealed the truth and presented evidence demonstrating his impartiality towards all teams in the tournament.
It remains uncertain whether Assassin Dave or Moonton, the tournament organizers, will take legal action regarding the slanderous comments made by MobaZane.
