Sanz Over Kairi? Fans Question MPL ID S11 Finals MVP Decision

ONIC Esports has made history by winning the MPL Indonesia Season 11 grand final with a 4-0 sweep against EVOS Legends.

Although many expected ONIC Esports to win due to their impressive performance throughout the regular season and playoffs, fans were surprised when Gilang “Sanz” was awarded the finals MVP title.

During the livestream, fans had speculated that Kairi “Kairi” Rayosdelsol or Calvin “CW” Winata would win the award, given their outstanding performances.

Kairi had only one death throughout the grand final, and won the MVP award for games one and two with his Fanny and Hayabusa picks.

Meanwhile, CW won the award in game three.

Although there were no post-game analyses in the final game, Kairi’s perfect KDA on his Hayabusa proved he was also a strong contender for the award.

Fans should still recognize Sanz’s impact as the midlaner in ONIC Esports’ rotation, which earned him the regular season MVP award.
