MPL PH Playoffs: Qualified Teams, Schedule, and Other Details

MPL PH Playoffs are about to start, and we really can’t wait to watch them!

The regular season of MPL Philippines Season 9 just concluded recently. Now, only six teams remain as they battle for the MPL title for this season.

Aside from winning the title, the champion, alongside the second placer, will also qualify for the MSC 2022.

Qualified Teams for MPL PH Season 9 Playoffs

The final stretch of Season 9 was definitely a bloodbath. In the battle for glory, two world champs, Bren and Blacklist International have taken an exit.

Currently, six teams will be proceeding to the playoffs:

1. RSG PH
2. TNC Pro Team
3. ECHO
4. Nexplay EVOS
5. ONIC PH
6. Omega Esports

Schedule, Format

According to Mara Aquino, teams will have a two-and-a-half-week break before the playoffs. Meanwhile, the exact date of the playoffs is yet to be revealed.

Based on reports, each match will be a best of five. The grand finals, on the other hand, will be a best of seven.

Teams who placed from third to sixth will be fighting in the first round. The top two will be joining them in the second round.
