Fnatic Retains Filipino Players; Armel, Jaunuel Locks Team’s Roster

Fnatic has finally unveiled its 2021-2022 roster, and it will be retaining some of its Filipino cores!

Top-tier SEA organization Fnatic announced that DJ, Jabz, and Raven will be returning for this upcoming season. In addition, the organization also noted that DJ will be going back to his original role, position 4.

“The @dota2ti quest continues. @Jabzdota and @ravendoto will be back in Fnatic colors for the next Dota Pro Circuit Tour!” read Fnatic’s announcement on Twitter.

According to the organization, Jabz and Raven will be extending their contracts for another year.

“I am excited to extend my contract with Fnatic. Our journey has been amazing and I really look forward to continue leading our team along with new guys coming in. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us as a team,” told Jabz.

“We have done great things together and I’m happy to go even further with Fnatic. I believe that with the work we have done and we continue to do, we can achieve more and we can be the best team in SEA,” echoed Raven.

Meanwhile, superstar Djardel Jicko B. “DJ” Mampusti has committed to another multi-year agreement.

Similarly, the team will also be maintaining its long-time coach, Lee “SunBhie” Jeong-jae.

Fnatic Adds Two New Filipino Stars: Armel and Jaunuel

Fnatic has recently confirmed that Filipino superstars Armel and Jaunuel will be playing for the team next season.

These recent additions have become part of a recurring rumor in previous posts.

Hyprgame earlier reported that Armel and Jaunuel have been officially acquired by the organization. This latest announcement from the organization officially confirms previous rumors.
