Scottie Thompson surprised his fans with a revelation that he got married early this June. He got married… not to his long-time partner and fiancé Pau Fajardo.

The woman he married is Jinky Serrano, a flight attendant and owner of beauty clinics in Pampanga.

According to a report by SPIN, Jinky gave up her job as flight attendant at Thompson’s request.

A photo of their private wedding ceremony in Las Piñas circulated on social media. This confirms their marriage.

In an Instagram post, Thompson admitted that he and Pau have parted ways for over two months already.

“We’ve broken up for over two months already, that’s why I’ve deleted our couple photos,” the former MVP wrote on Instagram.

Meanwhile, netizens, especially Thompson’s fans, were shocked with the news, as they thought the two only had an argument. People thought they would be married soon. Hence, he news came as a surprise.

The news of Thompson’s marriage came out after netizens speculated that Thompson, a known professional basketball player, broke up with his partner Pau Fajardo. The two have been together for eight years.

Scottie Thompson became popular for winning five PBA championships, a finals MVP award, among others.
