Team Lunatix Releases Statement Amid Fallout with Myanmar Imports

Esports organization Team Lunatix has announced the departure of Myanmar imports Hein “Kid” Thu, Kyaw “Zippx” Bo, and DJ, citing a breach of procedures.

Despite receiving June allowances, the trio was absent in Malaysia in July.

DJ’s delay due to passport issues was noted. The organization clarified that contractual discussions with DJ had occurred but formal removal was pending.

Allegations arose that Kid and Zippy discreetly returned to Myanmar without informing management.

The organization attempted to accommodate players’ preferences but faced currency-related complications and other problems. Despite expressing regret over the departures, Team Lunatix’s offer to pay for August was rejected.

The organization, in compliance, informed Moonton MPL Malaysia and denounced false information.

The Myanmar imports have yet to release information on what happened.

The statement ended with an apology for disabling comments due to toxicity. The situation raises questions about the future of the players and Team Lunatix in esports as the regular season will begin on August 18.
