Ludwig “zai” Wåhlberg saved the day as Team Liquid escaped Talon Esports, 2-1, to advance to the upper bracket finals of the Riyadh Masters 2023 Playoffs, Thursday at the Boulevard Riyadh City.

After a long back-and-forth in Game 3, Talon Esports managed to take down Michał “Nisha” Jankowski (Pangolier) and Michael “miCKe” Vu (Faceless Void) entering the 60th minute which pretty much gave the Southeast Asian squad the opening they needed to finish the game.

However, Zai had other things in mind as he teleported inside Talon Esports’ base, which is already filled with creeps, and went on to win the $1,700,000 worth of base race.

The former Team Secret star finished the game with four kills, eight deaths, and seven assists while Talon Esports’ Nuengnara “23savage” Teeramahanon had 11 kills and nine assists against two deaths in Game 3.
