Gaimin Gladiators is a win away from completing a historic run that will forever be etched in the history of professional Dota 2.
The top European squad swept rival Team Liquid, 2-0, in a tight series before dispatching reigning The International champion Tundra Esports, 2-0, in the upper bracket final to make its third consecutive grand finals appearance in a DPC Major.
Gaimin Gladiators claimed the Lima Major earlier this year before winning the Berlin Major and is now a grand finals victory away from completing all three Major titles in the 2023 season.
Aside from these accomplishments, the European squad also won both the DreamLeague Season 19 and Season 20 championships this year, upping their title count to four this year.
