Former Team Liquid CS:GO player Nicholas ‘nitr0’ Cannella has revealed his openness to returning to competitive Valorant after retiring from CS:GO.
nitr0, who played for 100 Thieves in Valorant from August 2020 to December 2021, expressed his interest in competing in the game again.
“I wanted to word [my retirement] in a way where… I didn’t want to include the word Valorant in it because I know it makes a lot of people salty,” nitr0 explained. “But I’m interested. I would like to compete in this game again.”
The veteran in-game leader departed from Team Liquid and retired from CS for the second time on May 31.
He notably helped 100 Thieves reach the semifinals of VCT Masters Three Berlin in September 2021.
Fans await nitr0’s decision as his experience in both CS:GO and Valorant makes him a valuable asset.
