Four PH-Based Teams Compose DPC SEA Tour 2 Closed Qualifiers

Four teams based in the Philippines composed the eight-team field of the Dota Pro Circuit Southeast Asia 2023 Tour 2: Closed Qualifiers.

Neon Esports, Hope, Cartensz, and InterActive Philippines – composed of former Cignal Ultra players – all made it to the top eight of the Closed Qualifiers, which grants the top one and two teams slots in the Division II.

Meanwhile, UD Vessuwan of Thailand, Malaysia’s Rectify, Team Tough and QWE of Mongolia complete the cast.

UD Vessuwan recently sent Interactive Philippines down to the lower bracket following a 2-1 victory while QWE won via forfeiture against Rectify. The rest of the matches in the upper bracket quarterfinals have yet to be played.

Hope will take on Team Tough while Neon Esports will go up against Cartensz later tonight.

On the other hand, Rectify will fight the loser of the Neon Esports-Cartensz bout while InterActive Philippines will face the loser of the Team-Tough-Hope match in the first round of the lower bracket.
