Another powerhouse organization will join the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League this season.

Moonton has confirmed that European esports organization Team Secret will join MPL Malaysia Season 11 next month.

This comes a day after Orange Esports announced its departure from the competitive scene. As it turns out, Team Secret bought the slot to cap off the 10-team league.

The organization hasn’t announced its lineup yet. Previously, there were posts revealing that some members of Orange Esports are in an in-game squad called Team Secret.

This might not come off as a surprise to some, as the organization has long been teasing that they are interested in forming an MLBB team.

Even CEO John Yao posted on Facebook after the M4 World Championship that he is looking for MLBB free agents. The Facebook page of Team Secret was also filled with cryptic posts of them forming an MLBB team after the world championship.

Secret will play alongside nine teams in the league, namely, Team HAQ, TODAK, Team SMG, RSG Slate MY, Red Esports, Team Lunatix, HomeBois, Red Giants Esports, and Madness Gaming.

The 11th season of MPL Malaysia will start on March 10, while the playoffs will be on April 27.
