Riyadh Masters: OG Draws Against Nigma

OG draws against Nigma Galaxy after a thrilling match between them, hence resulting in both team sharing points.

Some expected OG to take Nigma out easily as the current champion of Stockholm Major. However, they were instead getting stiff resistance from Nigma Galaxy,

In the match, each of them win a game and shared points with each other.

The first game became a classic Ammar show as he got his favorite Timbersaw. With the offlane secure, OG focused more on securing Yuragi’s Lone Druid farm, which worked perfectly well.

With Ammar’s playmaking contribution, OG went on to win the first game in the 41st minute.

Realizing Ammar’s dangerous hero pool, Nigma went on to ban Viper and Timbersaw, and also proceeded to pick Razor for themselves. This strategy worked out quite well for them, as Ammar seems to be struggling while playing Void Spirit.

Hence, thanks to both superb performances from Miracle’s Pudge and Sumail’s Razor, Nigma managed to win the second game. Thus, the game ends in a draw.

With the draw, Nigma still holds the first place on Group A, while OG stuck in the second place. OG will fight TSM next, while Nigma already finished all of their games.

If OG managed to gain a victory against TSM, they will move up to the first position, potentially drawing with RNG who will be facing Team Liquid.
