Co-owner of the Alliance, Kelly, revealed that w33 refused to join the Alliance for reasons of not wanting to join a team with a gambling sponsor.

Kelly Milkies, who recently had a row with a caster to the point of bringing up personal life, confirmed something about w33ha.

Apparently, the Alliance had tried to recruit the midlaner to maintain their slot in the Upper Division. Apparently, they failed to recruit the midlaner.

W33ha refused on religious and principle grounds because Alliance was sponsored by a gambling site.

Kelly Milkies, co-owner of Alliance, disclosed this via Twitter. He said that w33 was a player he really wanted because of his skills.

However, he also said that the rumors regarding w33ha were accurate. W33ha is someone who is very religious and has the principle of not wanting to join a gambling sponsor.

Kelly also added that the gambling sponsorship could fund the majority of salaries for Alliance players.

Kelly also added that he even tried to compromise with W33ha regarding the gambling sponsorship. From a special jersey to a banner placement that was not there specifically for him. However, w33 stuck to its principles and rejected Alliance’s offer.

In the Dota esports scene which is quite mature nowadays, it is very rare for players to still stick to their principles.

Dota 2 players also praised w33’s attitude, and hoped that other players would also dare to take the same attitude regarding gambling sponsors.
