No DPC Slot for B8.
The DPC slot of B8, Dendi’s team in Division 2, suddenly disappeared from the DPC Registration Dota 2 website.
Many speculate that this happened because NoFear, a member of B8, held the DPC spot. This may have happened because NoFear was kicked out of B8 by Dendi and took back his DPC spot.
However, if the news is true, then there is a big question mark about what happened to B8. A while back, B8 had just benched Limitless, Watson, and [T]SA. With this announcement, B8 only leaves NoFear and Dendi.
In B8’s latest tweet, they explained that the slot was lost because the slot holder didn’t want to negotiate his contract. This confirms the news that NoFear does not want to extend his contract and take back his DPC slot from B8.
This tweet might be a sign that there will be a roster overhaul from B8 again. However, many are wondering whether the umpteenth major roster reshuffle will benefit Dendi or not. Team chemistry and cohesion cannot be built in one day, and of course this will be a new challenge for the Dota 2 icon.
