Syed “SumaiL” Hassan and the rest of Team Aster are now turning their focus towards the upcoming The International regional qualifiers after its playoff exit in the ongoing Riyadh Masters.
The Chinese squad was shown the door by 9 Pandas after a 1-2 loss in the second round of the lower bracket last Friday at the Boulevard Riyadh City.
SumaiL acknowledged the tough competition in the Riyadh Masters, saying that getting to the finals feels like an impossible task for any team.
With their stint now officially over, SumaiL is now setting his sights on the upcoming regional qualifiers.

Team Aster had the chance to secure a direct invite in The International 12 after qualifying to the Bali Major.
Unfortunately, the team suffered a first-round exit in the playoffs which left them without an invite to Dota 2’s most prestigious event which will be held in Seattle, USA this October.
