Blacklist Rivalry co-owner Tryke Guttierez said that the team will continue fighting despite their recent struggles in their first-ever Major appearance at the Bali Major.

Guttierez expressed this sentiment in Blacklist Rivalry’s fan group, saying that the amount of competition in the tournament is just on a different level. He also said that the team is performing much better than the results suggest.

“Reflecting on what went through the past days… the amount of competition here is just on a different level,” said the former Dota 2 shoutcaster.

“The results might not be able to show it but the team is performing so much better than what it looks like in the scoreboard,” he added.

The Filipino ‘Redeem Team’ is currently at the bottom of Group A following tough losses against Tundra Esports and Team Aster, and a draw against fellow Pinoy squad Execration.

Blacklist International stands at 0-3-3 and will take on Team Spirit and Invictus Gaming next.

“Every game matters and the mental marathon here is one of the toughest things to deal with to be honest. We will keep on fighting. Hanggat may laro laban lang.”

Blacklist Rivalry must secure crucial wins in their final two matches to have a shot at making the playoffs.
