Lemon on Stage Incident: ‘I can’t hold back my anxiety’

RRQ Hoshi veteran Muhammad “Lemon” Ikhsan revealed the reason why he walked out of the stage after his team got eliminated by EVOS Legends in the MPL Indonesia Season 11 playoffs last Friday.

According to the former MPL ID champion, he could not hold back his anxiety right after the loss which is why he decided to leave immediately. 

Lemon apologized for his actions and thanked the entire RRQ Kingdom for their support to the team throughout Season 11.

“Sorry for I couldn’t join the stage earlier. Pas say thanks ke Kingdom. I can’t hold back my anxiety. Thanks Kingdom yang udah datang and support RRQ,” said Lemon in an Instagram post.

In Game Five, the King of Kings initially took the lead, but a Lord steal by EVOS Legends after 28 minutes turned the game around and helped them secure a victory, ultimately pushing them to the lower bracket finals.

RRQ Hoshi fell to fourth place – their lowest since MPL Indonesia Season Seven where they placed 5th-6th.

On the other hand, EVOS Legends will battle Alter Ego in the lower bracket finals for the right to face ONIC Esports in the grand finals.
