According to reports, Chinese powerhouse Team Aster reprimanded Xxs for wanting to retire.
In a not-so-surprising surprising event, Team Aster reportedly reprimanded Xxs after the player expressed his desire to retire.
Based on circulating reports, Aster’s co-founder Xu “BurNIng” Zhilei revealed that the decision to reprimand Lin “Xxs” Jing was a directive from the owner himself.
In an ongoing viral post, a photo shows BurNIng revealing the supposed incident. Currently, it remains unclear as to the reason why the organization decided to hold Xxs back from retiring.

However, fans think the issue might be about the player’s contract.
As of this moment, all the involved parties are yet to make a statement regarding the issue.
Xxs is a long-standing member of Aster since 2018 alongside Ye “BoBoKa” Zhibiao. Both players participated in The International 11 where the team placed fourth.
Jing started his professional career in 2015. He and Boboka found a stable home in Team Aster after joining the organization in 2018.

Despite the team’s multiple setbacks over the years, Team Aster has improved every after lan event. While falling short in every major event, the organization has made big finishes in these events.
Aster did record achievements including a third at PGL Arlington Major 2022, second at ESL One Malaysia, and fourth at TI11. The tea won $1,135,835 USD in prize money at TI11, the biggest in its history.
