During OG Media Day, Taiga predicts his former teammate at Team Liquid to win The International 11 LCQ. Sentiment, or confidence?
Although Team Liquid was still not performing well, Taiga have been backing them for The International 11 LCQ. This was seen during OG Media Day, when Taiga answered a question regarding the LCQ.
He firmly believed that his old team would win LCQ and meet OG in the main stage.
During OG’s Media Day, the team answered multiple question about The International 11 and their preparation. One of the question was about the Last Chance Qualiier, which due to start soon.
When OG was asked the question on who will win, Taiga immediately answered for them.
“I expect Team Liquid to win the LCQ.” Taiga answered promptly about the winner of LCQ. However, interestingly, Taiga also mentioned Team Liquid as one of the team they were looking forward to face early in the tournament.
From his answers, Taiga seemed to be extremely confident of Team Liquid making it through the qualifier. He was extremely excited in looking forward to face them in the main stage.
On the other hand, Team Liquid themselves haven’t been doing too good lately. They failed to qualify directly after getting beaten by Team Secret in the TI11 WEU Qualifier.
Despite their renown roster, they have failed to achieve any respectable finish in their past tournaments. The International 11 was seen to be their last hope to finish well in their current roster iteration.
