Philippines’ top VALORANT team Bren might be facing some massive issues.
Bren Esports on Twitter has hinted at a possible denial of their visa necessary for their appearance in Berlin.
The team fought tooth and nail in securing their tickets for the VALORANT Masters 3 in Berlin, Germany.
However, recent social media outburst claims that the team is facing issues in securing tickets to fly in for the tournament.
Top Filipino streamer Giansanity also took to his own social media page his disappointments with the issue.
“Kawalang gana mag compete dito ah 🤡.” (I’m losing interest to compete here 🤡)
Meanwhile, Filipinos took to their social media accounts their support for the team.
Currently, the hashtag #BRINGBRENTOBERLIN is going viral across different platforms.
Many fans claim that despite having no confirmed reason, the team definitely deserves to be approved of their visa.
According to a source, the embassy has yet to decide on the team’s visa application for the tournament.
Meaning, the team still has time to comply with all the necessary requirements to get the approval that they badly need.
However, Riot reportedly removed the team from the tournament unilaterally as the team failed to comply to fly in during the “window date.” This, despite the fact that the tournament is set to start on September 10.
With a very long time window, the team still has time to fill out their shortcomings to get a visa. The team’s Berlin attendance now rests in the hands of Riot.
The team even suggested playing inside their hotel room in Berlin until they finish their mandatory quarantine, should they be allowed to fly in Germany.
According to Hyprgame’s source, there will be a last effort to reverse Riot’s decision.
