Nabila Huda Calls Out Production for Delayed Payment

Malaysian actress and influencer Nabila Huda aired her frustration online regard productions that are going silent when it comes to her payments.

In a video uploaded on her Instagram account, the 36-year-old celebrity mentioned that some productions failed to meet their ends — specifically the stipulated payment terms in their contracts.

“I was recently involved in a production and according to the contract, I would be paid two weeks after filming wrapped up. However, until today I have not heard a word from them. It was I who had to send a message reminding them about it,” she told.

She also added that she did not like the image of her looking as if she were chasing for her salary.

Huda also added that she has put her full commitment to her job, and that she deserves to receive the payment she agreed on in initial contracts.

The actress also added that insufficient funds should never be an excuse arguing that payments for crew should have already been allotted for even before production starts.
