BetBoom Dacha To Feature TI-Bound Teams

A handful of Dota 2 teams bound for The International 12 will get a much-needed sparring in the BetBoom Dacha.

Three-time Major winners Gaimin Gladiators will spearhead an eight-team field that will fight for a prize pool of US$250,000 in what could be the final LAN event before the most prestigious Dota 2 event commences this October.

Aside from the top-ranked European squad, TI-bound squads such as Team Spirit, BetBoom, beastcoast, and 9 Pandas are also invited to the event along with TI hopeful Team Aster.

Another team will be invited for the tournament while Virtus.Pro, One Move, Nemiga Gaming, Level Up, Luna Galaxy, Nigma Galaxy, KZ Team, and Alliance will fight for the final slot in the tournament.

The eight teams will be divided into two sets of four and engage in a GSL-style group stage, which is uncommon in professional Dota. 

The two lowest-ranked teams will exit the competition, while the remaining six will progress to the double-elimination playoffs.
