Blacklist International carry Marc “Raven” Fausto was left baffled by the team’s shock loss to Division I newcomer Xerxia last week.

Although managing to get back on the winning track after a dominant 2-0 sweep of Team SMG last Friday, May 26, Raven couldn’t help but look back as Blacklist didn’t know what hit them in the stunning 0-2 loss.

“I don’t know also. It’s like XERXIA suddenly became the best in the world you know? We want to go on the offlane but we cannot kill him at all. They keep reading our moves and I don’t know what happened,” said Raven in the post match interview after the victory over SMG.

The loss came as a surprise for Blacklist which seemed to be on a fine groove, probably the best it has been this DPC season. The team currently sits on a 3-2 record in the standings and will be heading into a crucial match against the Djardel “DJ” Mampusti-led Bleed Esports on Monday, May 29.

For Raven, Bleed is one of the teams sitting in the upper echelon of the best teams in the region and they should get themselves ready to face them.

Bleed currently sits at the top spot of the standings with a pristine 4-0 record, followed by Talon Esports which boasts a 4-1 slate.

“I think Bleed right now is very good, so, we’re just gonna be ready,” said Raven.
