Pauloxpert Reveals Reason Why Bigetron Played Saken Instead of Marky

After getting blamed by Filipino fans, Bigetron Alpha technical coach Paulo “Pauloxpert” Munsayac finally cleared that it was not his decision to slide Marky “Markyyyyyy” Capacio to the bench for the entirety of their MPL Indonesia Season 11 campaign.

“Okay, just to clarify things I’m the technical coach. So I don’t really pick who gets to play and stuff like that, I can only suggest on who to play,” said Pauloxpert in a press conference with Filipino media last Saturday.

“There’s three of us in the coaching staff and pretty much the majority wins so kung sino yung pinili ng two out of one, yun yung maglalaro.”

Prior to Season 11, Markyyyyy had a phenomenal campaign with Bigetron Alpha in Season 10 where he helped the team reach top four before eventually getting nominated for the Best gold Laner award.

Unfortunately, the team decided to go on a different route in Season 11 and promoted Dicky “Saken” Cahyana to the starting lineup, leaving the Filipino import on the bench.

Pauloxpert said that language barrier played a key factor in the coaching staff’s decision to favor Dicky over the former ONIC PH star.

“They think that communication was an issue since Marky’s Bahasa Indo is not that good kaya mainly pinasok yung si Saken, which is the other gold laner.”
