Reigning champion Team HAQ is currently struggling in the MPL Malaysia Season 11 and is now on the verge of missing the playoffs entirely.

Team HAQ stands at the eighth spot with a 2-5 in the win-loss standing – just a win ahead of ninth place Madness Esports, who has a 1-5 slate.

The team must win their final two games to at least have a shot at making it to the playoffs.

However, the schedule is definitely not in favor of Team HAQ as they are set to take on the top-ranked Team SMG, who is currently unbeaten after six games, on April 9 before closing the elimination round against the sixth place Red Giant Esports (2-4) on April 16.

Team SMG is currently at the top spot while Todak (6-1) and HomeBois (4-2) are at the second and third spots, respectively.

Meanwhile, Team Lunatix (5-1), RED Esports MY (3-4), and Red Giant Esports (2-4) occupy the fourth, fifth, and sixth slots in the standings while RSG Slate MY (3-3) and Team Haq (2-5) are at seventh and eighth.

On the other hand, Madness Esports is at ninth place with a 1-5 slate while Team Secret recently bowed out of the playoffs race after losing its first seven games.
