ECHO Maintains Core, Adds Jian For MPL PH S11

ECHO will gun for its first-ever MPL Philippines championship carrying its M4-winning core this upcoming Season 11.

Gold laner Benedict “Bennyqt” Gonzales, the M4 Finals MVP, will spearhead ECHO’s campaign this season alongside veterans Karl “KarlTzy” Nepomuceno (jungler) and Tristan “Yawi” Cabrera (roamer).

Up-and-coming talents Alston “Sanji” Pabico and Sanford “Sanford” Vinuya will play the mid lane and EXP lane, respectively, while streamer JIan “Jian” Magtibay will round up the team’s six-man lineup.

Head coach Archie “Tictac” Reyes will call the shots once more while Robert “Trebor” Sanchez will draft and assist.

ECHO had the chance to secure their first MPL title last year but lost to Blacklist International in the grand finals. They eventually bounced back and defeated the same time to claim the M4 World Championship.

The reigning world champion will open its season against the Tier One-backed squad on February 17, Friday at 4:00 PM.
