One of China’s most decorated coaches QQQ is loaned to Vici Gaming.
Former Vici Gaming coach QQQ of EHome is loaned to his former team to prepare for The International.
Yi, formerly known as “357”, is reported to assist Lu “Fenrir” Chao in VG’s preparations for TI.
Vici Gaming is currently competing in i-League 2021 Season 2 which will run until September 5.
According to reports, Vici Gaming has hired QQQ following discussions with parties including EHome.
QQQ has been with EHome since February this year until the team was rendered inactive last month.
The team failed to qualify for The International after facing numerous upsets in the qualifiers.
Currently, the team remains inactive except for QQQ who was loaned to VG following discussions.
QQQ is no longer a new face for VG. The veteran coach has had a coaching career in the organization from 2014 to 2016 which included a top 2 finish in The International.
The 35-year-old veteran coach also had other stints with other teams. He also coached PSG LGD in TI 8 and 9 where the team also placed second.
He has also sat as a player in TI 1, 2, and 3 until he changed his career during TI 4.
Vici Gaming will fly to Romania for The International 10 next month.
