According to Mercado’s announcement, she’s officially withdrawing from the tournament upon discovering that Seth, her handpicked teammate, got caught cheating.

“And to summarize, as the team captain, I officially withdraw in the One Esports CODWZ Tournament. Meaning we won’t be getting any prize, me and miggie as well. So the prize will probably be distributed evenly to the teams.” she told.

Mercado also added that she was dumbfounded upon knowing that Seth was actually a cheater.

“So, honestly and completely dumbfounded i was that he was a cheater, 2 AM this morning Nevz messaged me that there are more proof about him being a cheater and he was selling cheats and that moment on I believed that he cheated and immediately relayed this to one esports and blizzard,” she said on her Facebook post.

She also revealed on the same post that she was the one who reported her teammate to blizzard and One Esports in order to push some proper investigations on the issue.

“I was unaware of seth’s actions and as what i told a while ago that I was the one who reported the cheating to one esports and blizzard and to have it checked before Nevz posted the video, this is due to that my other friend influencers messaged me about the info that their teammates knew about seth.” the streamer told.

Meanwhile, Sethan admitted that he was guilty of all the allegations being fired at him. In his own Facebook post, Seth shared his apologies and regrets for doing committing his mistakes.

“I would like to formally withdraw from the investigations being made on my gameplay with Team Een Mercado last Saturday – the One Esports tournament – and admit on using hacks on certain parts of the tournament (these are the times I was the last one alive)” his Facebook post read.

Apart from admitting guilt, Sethan also explained his cheating history hoping that his past where he was accused of cheating when he was not to get clarified.

“A lot of people are speculating that I used my hacks on all my games prior to the this date – This is not the case – I have purchased the said hacks on the February 4 2021 and I have the receipts to prove it to the content creators who are giving hackusations on previous dates. (If you would like a talk about it Big poppa javi I can show you the receipts as I don’t want to show it publicly as some people might be able to purchase em – and Im also tagging you because you tagged my gameplay videos prior to my purchase date) – I have 20k dpi set on my mouse that could have explained some erratic flicks here and there” his lengthy post continued.

Based on the investigation, Seth was found guilty and is now banned from joining any competitive games in Warzone.
