World’s Biggest Cheat Provider Caught in China

It is interesting when we find out that cheating in games turns out to be one of the main concerns of the police in China. To look for scammers in the digital world, of course, requires direction from experts who control the digital market.

The police in China are working with technology giant Tencent, working hand in hand to track down and crack down on the “cheat” sellers who have so far been on the sidelines.

Not without reason, maybe if the value is small, this will not be a major concern. However, it would be different if the losses from the creators and spreaders of this cheat reached a profit of 764 million USD.

The mode is simple, players who want to quickly win, such as paying a subscription payment, like we subscribe to Netflix, to cheat sellers. The amount depends on the time period for hiring a cheat seller’s service. Some are 10 USD per day and 200 USD per month. Unexpectedly, this rotten business managed to generate more than 10,000 USD per day. It is not surprising that the police found luxurious assets such as supercars, property and virtual money which had a value of up to 20 million USD.

This cheat seller provides cheats that are mostly for mobile games, but there are also for Overwatch and Valorant games. The types of cheats also vary, including wall-hacks, aimbots, boosts and many others.

Appreciation for the Chinese police and Tencent who succeeded in dismantling this syndicate. The operation, carried out by the Kunshan Police at some of these locations, managed to arrest 10 retailers for the giant cheat provider, and shut down a total of 17 websites that were used by these accomplished con artists.

From this case it seems that we can not only see the dark side of the world from the perspective of the perpetrators. Ironically, many people are willing to use the services of these actors. This shows that there are so many people who want instant ways through cheating and fraud.

Well, this news should at least be able to make us aware so that we do not form a bad society like that. Believe me, guys, doing something honestly, will be much more fun than we do with a sin motive.
