The CEO of Dewa United Esports, David Gadun, revealed significant news in an interview with the news website Halaman1.
Gadun shared that Dewa United made an attempt to secure the talents of Johnmar “OhMyV33nus” Villaluna and Danerie James “Wise” del Rosario from Blacklist International.
“right from the beginning, we were in contact with them, but the Blacklist management indicated that these two players were not available for release,” he said.
“Consequently, our hands were tied.”
Dewa United Esports recently earned a spot this season, becoming the newest addition to the MPL ID scene.
Beyond esports, Dewa United Esports boasts substantial resources owing to its involvement in football and basketball.
In the ongoing season, the V33Wise duo has decided to take a break for the second time in their professional careers.
