Ukraine has reportedly slapped Team Spirit stars Illya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk and Myroslav “Mira” Kolpakov with bans for continuing to play with Russian players.

Both players have been playing with Russian Dota 2 stars Denis “Larl” Sigitov, Magomed “Collapse” Khalilov, and Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov ever since the war between Russia and Ukraine last year.

According to reports, the bans meant that Yatoro and Mira won’t be able to compete in tournaments under the Ukrainian Esports Federation. Both players also cannot represent their home country in international tournaments.

Last year, Team Spirit – a Russian squad based in Moscow – decided to uproot their base of operations and transfer to Belgrade, Russia due to the war.
