These buy back bugs will definitely not be seeing a comeback in-game.

The longtime features of buyback bugs in Tiny’s Toss and Timbersaw’s Timberchain are the highlights of the latest 7.29d patch as Valve has definitely removed these game changing bugs.

7.29d patch is pretty much massive, weeks before the upcoming AniMajor as it has definitely nerfed several heroes, potentially changing the meta.

In the first big change, buying back after dying from Tiny’s Toss has been totally removed. The said bug has been featured in the game since, and has played a big role for Quincy Crew in their win versus the Evil Geniuses, eventually making them the top seed for North America ahead of the Major.

Following the same principle, the bug where you can buy back after dying while using Timberchain as Timbersaw was also removed. This time, doing so will no longer teleport you back to where you died.

Aside from these bug fixes, Valve has setup a simple patch to balance and straighten up concerns regarding heroes with huge popularity in today’s meta.

Small nerfs have been added on Medusa, Broodmother, and Bristleback– all heroes with highest pick rate in the competitive play.

Following their nerfs, these heroes will definitely be seeing a different playstyle moving forward, and fans are excited to see them.

Besides the heroes nerfs, changes on items have also been applied on the current patch. Currently, Vanguard, Sange, Sange and Yasha, Kaya and Sange, Heaven’s Halberd and Solar Crest are also meeting some changes– all tweaked down to balance their ‘overpowered’ effect.

Aside from such, other heroes also met nerfs including Axe, Centaur, Faceless Void, Dark Willow, Invoker, Snapfire, Warlock, and Wraith King.
