Donnalyn Bartolome’s $20,000 Challenge Vlog Deleted for Unclear Rules

Perhaps not all collab contents of influencers appear scripted.

Filipino influencers Donnalyn Bartolome, Marco Gumabao, and Super Tekla appeared to have a deep misunderstanding in Bartolome’s recently deleted video which she just reuploaded hours ago.

The said video was a 5-way collab between the three mentioned previously with Asian Cutie and Mika Salamanca as well, all with the hopes of winning the $20,000 (Php 1 million) prize from Donnalyn in celebration to her seven-million subscriber milestone.

The video started off peacefully with lots of banters between and among the influencers. Donita Nose even started to fling with Marco as a joke to make the group more fun and enjoyable.

Donita was the first one to leave the pool after the crocodiles as she told that she was really afraid of them. Said crocodiles was added into the pool, following other exotic animals including cockroaches, frogs, and snakes, to pressure the participants.

The said fun challenge started to heat up after Donnalyn flagged Marco down after she saw the influencer sitting atop the railings of the pool. Donnalyn claims that Marco should be out of the game as sitting on that part means he was already out of the pool.

Bartolome also added that the action was the reason why Donita was kicked out of the game, and that it would be unfair if he would not leave the game.

Gumabao however did not seem to mind Bartolome as he remained inside the pool and play the game with the remaining contenders.

The organizers spiced the challenge up even more after imposing new rules where the remaining contestants will have to stay on the pool neck-deep, and that they were not also allowed to cross a line which the organizers set-up, putting in the participants, including Donnalyn, into a crowded situation.

Tekla was the next to get kicked out of the game which eventually made him furious as he says that Donnalyn and her team failed to explain the rules properly, hence Tekla insists that his action was not in violation of any rule.

Following discussions, Gumabao and Tekla left the pool seeming disappointed with the game. Donnalyn also told that it was the first time that she experienced such disrespect in her collabs.

After going out the pool, Marco and Tekla freshened up and stormed out of the pool. Bartolome ended her recently uploaded vlog with some words directed at Gumabao and Tekla which read, “Dear Marco and Tekla, I heard everything through our Pet CCTV.” following a snip where one of the organizers was heard explaining the rules to both Marco and Tekla.

In a recent Facebook post, Bartolome revealed that she had deleted her video. She also explained that her one-million peso prize was a one-million — something that is not easily earned.

She also told that she can double the prize for the contenders just to make a collab with the said influencers, explaining that they can easily earn them, so there should be no hard feelings for the game.

Bartolome ended her post with “What a waste of friendship,” signifying that she may have already cut her ties with the two.
