Nigma Galaxy officially unloaded Ammar “ATF” Al-Assaf ahead of the team’s campaign in the Dota Pro Circuit Western Europe 2023 Tour 3: Division II.

The former OG standout was moved to the team’s inactive list last April 8.

Aside from ATF, mid laner Sumail “SumaiL” Hassan will also depart the team as he is set to continue playing for Team Aster on loan in the Dota Pro Circuit China. The former TI champion helped Team Aster finish 7th-8th in the Berlin Major.

Nigma Galaxy has yet to announce its new carry and mid-laner for Tour 3.

Ivan “MinD_ContRoL” Ivanov, Maroun “GH” Merhej, and Kuro “Kuroky” Takhasomi are all expected to return and play in the next tour.

The team, despite having the best and brightest talents that the Dota 2 has seen, failed to produce results in the 2023 season.

Nigma Galaxy finished 6th in Tour 1 before falling out of Division I in the Tour 2 where they placed last after finishing with a 2-5 win-loss record.
