The young gun Sanford is now added to NXP’s main roster!

NXP EVOS coach Neil “Midnight” De Guzman revealed that their rookie Sanford “Sanford” Vinuya will be replacing Renejay “RENEJAY” Barcarse.

RENEJAY was earlier reported to be taking a break from the scene. In his absence, the rookie will be taking over the  EXP Lane role.

In addition to Vinuya, Jhonwin “Hesa” Vergara, considered the “god of Gold Lane“, will also be joining the team’s main roster.

Midnight, however, has yet to disclose more detail pertaining to the team’s roster for MPLI.

“To those who messaged me, leave me alone, Hesa and Sanford will both be playing,” told Midnight.

While Sanford is regarded to be a top player by his fans, the rookie still has a lot to prove as he only played on the last day of the regular season.

Additionally, the team’s coach said that only six players were allowed to be registered for the MPLI.

“So the lineup we registered is H2wo, Hesa, Sanford, Haze, and Yawi,” he said.

For the team’s sixth player, Midnight revealed that the jungler Kaizen will be working with the team.

“So, Kaizen will be our jungler, and I’m happy for Kaizen because he is a very skilled player, and everyone at Nexplay EVOS wants to team up with him.”

NXP EVOS’ confirmed MPLI line-up:

  • Jhon “H2wo” Salonga
  • Jeniel “YellyHaze” Bata-Anon
  • Sanford “Sanford” Vinuya
  • Jhonwin “Hesa” Vergara
  • Tristan “Yawi” Cabrera
  • Kaizen

Aside from NXP EVOS, their rival OMEGA Esports also revealed their possible roster for the upcoming tournament.
