Tactical Feeding? T1 Upset by Galaxy Racer in BTS Pro Series SEA Opening

It’s either T1 is holding their cards for TI, or Galaxy Races is simply better.

SEA underdog Galaxy Racer shocked TI 10 direct invitee T1 in their opening series during the BTS Pro Series Season 7: Southeast Asia (SEA).

Galaxy Racer took their opening series straight to the point after disappointing T1, 2-0.

RECAP: T1 versus Galaxy Racer

The series’ game one appeared very quiet as both teams played safe until they got well-equipped. 21savage and his team managed to take a lead in terms of team economy but suffered after facing a disastrous exchange in a team fight causing them a huge disadvantage.

Game two appeared more shocking as Galaxy Racer made the Kuku-led squad look like they are their underdogs.

The team managed to punish T1’s overaggressive picks which included Storm Spirit and Terrorblade. With AlaCrity’s Templar Assassin mechanics, Galaxy managed to steal T1’s farm mitigating their chance of taking any kind of advantage.

Taking the snowball, the underdogs took the game in a swift 29-minute happy ending.

Holding Their Cards for The International 10?

The series appeared very interesting as the TI invitee seemed to have the biggest edge against their co-SEA opponent.

What’s shocking is that the underdogs took them down with little to no effort at all.

T1 last played competitively in June where they managed to secure a championship run in ESL One Summer.

T1 got directly invited to The International 10 after securing a top 3 finish in the AniMajor.

With this feat of theirs, most SEA fans are rooting for them to win the first-ever SEA TI title.

It looks like the team actually took the game with little seriousness for them to keep their strategies secret.
