First stop, Philippines. Up next, Southeast Asia?

Tier One’s co-founder Alodia Gosiengfiao says the company is planning to create a Philippine’s first content creation hub to house all of its talents. The said hub will also house the headquarters of Tier One, at least in the Philippines.

Streamers Cong TV, Biancake, and Dexie are all likely to be seen in the upcoming new location.

“With the growth of mobile gaming, streaming and esports as an avenue for youth entertainment, we came up with the foresight to develop and house these talents by building our very own YG Entertainment of gaming,” Alodia told.

Just recently, Tier One was able to raise financing from big brands such as Gobi Partners and Warner Music Group through Pre-Series A round.

The financing that the team will get will be allotted in different investments, including the expansion of Blacklist International, Tier One’s own esports team.

Aside from such, Tier One is also believed to be expanding its projects, especially its talents through its upcoming the Gaming House which aims to be the first “Big Brother” reality show to scout future gamers.

Apart from such projects, Tier One Entertainment is also envisioning an expansion in other Southeast Asian countries including Malaysia and Myanmar.
