Vụ án tại Tịnh thất Bồng Lai vẫn nhận được nhiều sự quan tâm của dư luận những ngày qua. Vài phút trước, hình ảnh của ông Lê Tùng Vân và những người sống tại Tịnh thất được phía luật sư chia sẻ kèm theo thông báo mới nhất.
Theo chia sẻ từ vị luật sư này,
Ông cùng 4 cộng sự nữa sẽ đứng ra bảo vệ cho các bị can tại Tịnh thất Bồng Lai bị khởi tố. Sau khi hoàn tất thủ tục đăng ký, phía luật sư đã tham gia vào buổi làm việc của điều tra viên, lấy lời khai của Lê Thanh Nhất Nguyên.
“Trong buổi làm việc, ông Nhất Nguyên trông lờ đờ, phản ứng chậm chạp. Ông cho biết vì ăn chay, không hợp với thức ăn trong trại tạm giam”, phía luật sư tiết lộ.
Có thể thấy, trong suốt nửa tháng qua, các trang mạng xã hội, thậm chí cả kênh YouTube đều đã “đóng băng”. Người tại Tịnh thất không chia sẻ thêm bất kỳ hình ảnh hay hoạt động nào diễn ra tại đây.

Tại buổi họp báo thông tin về tình hình thực hiện kế hoạch kinh tế – xã hội năm 2021 và kế hoạch năm 2022 của tỉnh Long An hôm nay (14/1), thông tin về vụ việc Tịnh thất Bồng Lai được nhiều cơ quan truyền thông đặt câu hỏi. Đại diện Công an tỉnh Long An cho biết vụ việc vẫn đang được điều tra. “Chúng tôi đang điều tra, phối hợp cùng Viện Kiểm sát, Tòa án để thống nhất và đưa ra kết luận cuối cùng về vụ việc.
Kết quả điều tra ban đầu của cơ quan điều tra chỉ mang yếu tố chủ quan, cần thống nhất các tội danh với Tòa án, Viện Kiểm sát. Khi có kết quả cuối cùng sẽ cung cấp thông tin với báo chí”, dẫn lời Đại tá Văn Công Minh (Phó Giám đốc Công an tỉnh Long An) tại cuộc họp trên.
Trước đó, 4 người của Tịnh thất Bồng Lai (xã Hòa Khánh Tây, huyện Đức Hòa, Long An) bị khởi tố về tội “lợi dụng quyền tự do dân chủ xâm phạm lợi ích của tổ chức, cá nhân”. Những người này gồm: Ông Lê Tùng Vân (90 tuổi), Lê Thanh Hoàn Nguyên (32 tuổi), Lê Thanh Nhất Nguyên (31 tuổi) và Lê Thanh Trùng Dương (27 tuổi).
Chỉ riêng ông Vân bị áp dụng biện pháp ngăn chặn cấm đi khỏi nơi cư trú. 3 người còn lại bị bắt tạm giam.
