Michał “Nisha” Jankowski handed his former team Team Secret a rude welcome as Team Liquid scored a bounce back victory in the Dota Pro Circuit Western Europe 2023 Tour 3: Division I on Wednesday.

In their first meeting since parting ways last December, Nisha made sure to show up and steer Team Liquid to a 2-0 win over Team Secret just days after opening their campaign with a shocking 0-2 loss to Entity.

The 22-year-old Polish Dota 2 star delivered eight kills and six assists against two deaths in Team Liquid’s 20-11 Game One win in just 35 minutes and 43 seconds of action.

Nisha then powered Team Liquid’s come-from-behind 18-24 Game Two win with a perfect 11-0-6 KDA performance on Void Spirit in 52 minutes and 54 seconds of game time.

Team Liquid moved to 1-1 in the standings while Team Secret slid to 0-1 to start their return in Division I.

After parting ways with Nisha prior to the 2023 season, Team Secret struggled mightily as they tried to recuperate from losing one of the best, if not the best, Dota 2 talent in the world right now.

The team plugged in Miroslav “BOOM” Bičan in the middle lane but the move left more questions than answers as the premier Dota 2 organization flunked out of Division I after winning just one of its eight assignments in Tour 1.

Team Secret picked up Filipino mid laner Armel “Armel” Tabios and moved BOOM to the offlane role. The team also added position four Daniyal “yamich” Lazebnyy to replace Baqyt “Zayac” Emiljanov for its campaign in the second division of Tour 2.

The team was able to top Division II and return to Division I for the last and final tour of the 2023 DPC season.
