MobaZane praised his teammates after BloodThirstyKings scored a massive 4-3 upset of Outplay in the 2023 North America Challenger Tournament Spring at the HyperX Arena in Las Vegas.

Fans were constantly bashing MobaZane’s new teammates, saying that the 23-year-old jungler was playing one-against-five throughout the regular season.

The former M3 World Championship third placer defended his teammates during the post-match interview and called their performance against a veteran-laden Outplay squad ‘an insane achievement.’

According to MobaZane, the NACT Spring is the first official tournament that JOYBOJ, Tea, Yato, and ISO have played in.

“Of course not. It’s never been a 1v5,” MobaZane told Assassin Dave during the interview.

“But the fact that these four players have never stepped foot on a tournament for their lives and have come to beat three fifth [placers] in M4, it’s an insane achievement.”

MobaZane was left with no teammates after Shark, Basic, and Hoon all decided to form a new team prior to the NACT Spring.

He then formed the new-look BTK team that eventually took out his former teammates in the grand finals en route to the 2023 MSC and the 15th IESF World Esports Championships.
