CikuGais’ Karrie Leads Todak to MPL MY Season 11 Championship

Todak reclaimed the MPL Malaysia title after a dominant sweep of Team SMG, 4-0, in the Season 11 grand finals at the Stadium Juara, Sunday night.

The seasoned squad bagged its third league championship since joining in Season Four. But more importantly, Todak has officially punched its ticket to the upcoming 2023 Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup which will be held in Cambodia.

Todak made quick work of the top-ranked Team SMG in the series opener, taking a quick 14-7 Game One win in just 12 minutes behind Muhammad “CikuGais” Fuad’s Karrie, who was responsible for the team’s 10 kills. He also had two deaths and three assists in the contest.

CikuGais’ Karrie was once again at the center of it all in Game Two, leading Todak’s come-from-behind 19-15 win in 27 almost 24 minutes of game time. He finished with seven kills and four assists against one death.

Todak continued its dominance and took a 17-8 Game Three win in 14 minutes and 40 seconds before completing a 14-9 Game Four win to clinch the championship.

CikuGais delivered eight kills and four assists against two deaths in Game Three and finished the series off with a 6-2-3 KDA line in Game Four. He played Karrie both games.

The 21-year-old jungler-turned-gold laner was named the Finals MVP of the series.
