Melqt puts on a show as RED Esports hand Team Secret another loss

RED Esports emerged victorious against Team Secret, with a score of 2-0 in the third week of MPL Malaysia Season 11.

This win marks RED Esports’ first victory in over three weeks of play.

Meanwhile, Team Secret still hasn’t secured a win in the series as two of their supposed imports are yet to join the team.

RED Esports dominated the games with Melqt leading the charge on Claude in both matches.

He secured both MVP awards, having recorded 6 kills, two deaths, and four assists in game one, and eight kills, two deaths, and seven assists in game two.

In game one, Team Secret almost had the win at the 20-minute mark after Deto’s Brody dealt significant damage to the base.

However, RED Esports thwarted his efforts and seized the momentum.

In game two, the match was a back-and-forth affair, but ultimately, RED Esports wiped out three members of Team Secret to push towards their base and won at the 21-minute mark.

RED Esports will aim to continue their winning streak as they face off against Team SMG on Sunday, March 26.
