Vici Gaming will make its much-anticipated return to Division I of the Dota Pro Circuit China 2023 Tour 2 after placing second in the Tour 2 Division II.
The premier Chinese Dota 2 organization clinched the second seed after posting a 6-1 win-loss record – only losing to the league-leading Ybb Gaming in a three-game series during the third week last February 19.
Vici Gaming fell to Division II last year after placing seventh in the last tour.

The team, though, bolstered its roster and added The International veteran Xu “fy” Linsen, Gao “Setsu” Zhenxiong, and Li “niu” Kongbo which definitely paid dividends as they finally moved out of the second division.
Aside from Vici Gaming, Ybb Gaming also clinched a spot in Division I after a perfect 7-0 run led by Lou “Lou” Zhen and Huang “7e” Heming.
Vici Gaming and Ybb Gaming will replace Aster.Aries and Dawn Gaming in the first division after they finished seventh and eighth, respectively.
