Hadji Skips MPL Philippines Season 11

Salic “Hadji” Imam, Blacklist International’s star mid laner, will skip the next MPL Philippines Season 11, the team announced last Wednesday.

Hadji has participated in every MPL season except Season One and has played in various international competitions in the past three years.

Just recently, he suited up in the MPL Philippines Season Nine, which Danerie “Wise” Del Rosario and Johnmar “OhMyV33NUS” Villaluna skipped, and took charge for the hastily-assembled Blacklist International that missed the playoffs.

He went on to play in the 32nd Southeast Asian Games in Hanoi, Vietnam before plunging back to MPL action in Season 10. The 14th IESF World Championship then came next before ending the MLBB calendar with another M4 World Championship appearance.

Veteran roamer Mark “ESON” Gerardo and head coach Kristoffer “BON CHAN” Ricaplaza are both taking a hiatus in Season 11.

Blacklist International is looking to defend its crown in Season 11. They were coming off a heartbreaking loss in the M4 World Championship.
