Qojqva revealed how Slacks was entirely unhappy with his Arkosh’s atmosphere and attitude during their Closed Qualifier run.
Slacks is always an upstanding professional when it comes to his persona, and that is reflected in his unhappiness towards Arkosh. Since he owned the team, Arkosh at least was able to successfully qualify for the DPC and present entertaining matches and Dota.
However, Qojqva revealed how Slacks was ‘disappointed’ with Arkosh 2.0 attitude during the DPC 2023 NA Closed Qualifier.
Qojqva at first answered a question about his future in Arkosh 2.0, since there would still be next season as well. At first, the German streamer seemed to reluctantly answer the question.
“I had a talk with Slacks, and… yeah. Maybe we’ll make something happen, time will tell.”
The ex-Liquid player then revealed how Slacks was entirely ‘unhappy’ with Arkosh 2.0 performance, and moreover, the atmosphere of the team itself. Since their priority was to entertain, the team was inferred to display toxic behaviors instead.
“Slacks was not happy with some of the things that went down.”
Although Qojqva refrained from revealing further about the ‘things that went down,’ fans quickly deducted his words. They feel the Arkosh 2.0 roster did not have the same wavelength or chemistry with each other.
Therefore, they hoped the next iteration of Arkosh could bring players that would at least respect each other.
