A surprise move came out from Team Liquid as Nisha gets revealed to be its latest addition despite successful TI run with Secret.
With Team Secret finishing runner-up in The International 11, many expect them to stick together. However, a surprise move happened with Nisha choosing a different path leading to Team Liquid.
Although they had faced the Last Chance Qualifier and finished as runner-up, Nisha seemed to be wanting a different opportunity.
The surprise move caught many members of the community off-guard as they felt Team Secret would stick together. Although their DPC results were less than satisfactory, the inclusion of both Zayac and Resolut1on brought back a spark for them.
With the new members, they achieved a very respectable result of finishing second in The International 11.
BOOM from Gaimin’ Gladiators was recently confirmed to be their replacement for the legendary midlaner.
Nisha had enjoyed a very long career with Team Secret as a Dota player. He joined the team in 2018 and became a constant presence on the roster. Although the roster had many different iterations, Nisha’s consistency earned him a solid place in Secret’s midlane.
He achieved many accomplishments during his four-year stay with Team Secret, winning The Chongqing Major, Disneyland Paris Major, and DreamLeague Season 13. Nisha also managed to gain respectable TI finishes with Secret, ranging from 4th during The International 2019, to 2nd during The International 2022.
