BOOM survived the 3-way tiebreaker at Group A while Talon Esports suffered a heartbreaking defeat against Entity.

After a grueling tiebreaker match, BOOM Esports survived the 3-way tiebreaker and managed to get into TI11 Main Event. However, Talon had to bow out early from The International 11 after getting defeated by Entity.

With these results, SEA will have two representatives in the main event, which was BOOM and Fnatic, while Talon exited the tournament.

BOOM fought tooth and nail against two strong teams to get through the tiebreaker. They first fought Soniqs, which ended one-sided as BOOM dominated the entire game. Jacky’s Bristleback commanded the whole game without giving Soniqs any window.

The second game against BetBoom went the same as the first game, with BOOM dominating the match. Yopaj’s Zeus got the chance to shine the whole game which decimated BetBoom the entire match.

As such, BOOM won all of the tiebreakers and moved on to the Main Stage of The International 11.

Different results befall the other SEA team, Talon Esports. They had to endure two straight defeats against Entity which showcased their potency and flex picks. Pure performed admirably with unorthodox carry heroes such as Pudge, which caught Talon off-guard.

With their defeat, Talon exited the tournament while Entity pierced through the Main Stage in Suntec Singapore.

The Lower Bracket of The International 11 is now set with BOOM and Entity’s victory. BOOM will face the previous champion of The International, Team Spirit. Entity will take their chances against the problematic team, Royal Never Give Up, who had almost all of their players infected with COVID.
