An upset happened in the TI11 NA Qualifier after Soniqs faces a surprising defeat against Nouns. Nouns to qualify for TI?

Upset happened in The International 11 NA Qualifier with Soniqs getting beaten by Nouns. Although they were favorites, Soniqs would go to Lower Bracket after losing 2-0 against Nouns.

With this result, Soniqs will have to face Wildcard in order to have a rematch against Nouns.

The first game became a classic Faceless Void game, with his team, Nouns, struggled in the early game. Soniqs opted to pick fast-paced heroes such as Huskar while having Terrorblade as their late-game carry against Faceless Void.

However, they were unable to end the game quickly before Faceless Void became online, and had to lose the first game. 0-1 for Nouns.

The second game went in a similar fashion as Soniqs tried to counter Faceless Void again with fast heroes. This time, they picked Alchemist to dominate the map early while preventing Void to have a good game.

Unfortunately, their plan failed and was instead dominated by Nouns who picked snowball heroes such as Visage and Death Prophet. As a result, Nouns won the whole series by 2-0, kicking Soniqs to the Lower Bracket.

Soniqs will have to win against Wildcard Gaming in order to still have a chance at qualifying directly to The International 11. Wildcard Gaming, although beaten by Nouns, was looking good and on a momentum after beating KBU.US by 2-0.

Fans were hoping the upcoming spectacle can be a revival of NA Dota which had not been performing great so far.
